As an authorized military MWR patron, I hereby release the United States of America, the United States Department of Homeland Security, the United States Coast Guard, and all of their officers, agents, and employees acting officially or otherwise, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or cause, that may result from any liabilities or claims arising from my (and/or my family’s) occupancy of the Cain Hall facility. I agree that I will never prosecute or in any way aid in prosecuting, any demand, claims or suit against the United States Government * for any loss, damage, or injury to my person or property that may occur from any cause whatsoever as a result of utilizing the facility. I also understand and agree that I may be held liable for any damage or loss to the United States Government that is caused by my gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

By completing my payment on this website for Cain Hall reservation(s), I understand and accept the MWR release and hold harmless agreement. This agreement is in affect during my authorized use of the Cain Hall Guest Lodging facility located at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, Virginia.
Handicap Parking Locations
Handicap parking is available at Training Center Yorktown near the following facilities open to visitors, retirees, and veterans: Gym/Pool, Chapel, CG Exchange/Barber shop/Tailor shop, Craik Medical Clinic, Port of York dining facility, All Hands Club, Washington Auditorium, and Cain Hall.The closest handicap parking spaces for Cain Hall are located in front of the entrance to the Port of York. There is also handicap parking along Perimeter Road between Elbert Hall and Taylor Hall.Base maps showing location of all parking lots are available upon request from Security at the front gate."
